my new editing software | day four

On our long driving trips as young children, we were always desperate for activities in the car. My mom was great with us kids: we'd have an endless supply of math workbooks (you laugh now! but we actually enjoyed doing them!), coloring books, card games...Each phase of our childhood had different driving activities. For a while, probably about the ages of 9 and 10, we were on a real "brainquest" kick. Brain Quest are these awesome cards that have questions in a variety of categories on one side and answers on the other. You could buy specialized sets like "American Government," "Math," "Geography" or just general questions. They were categorized by grade level. I'm sure we have all the grades stashed away somewhere back at home.
And when all our learning activities grew boring, we resorted to something a little more creative, a little more captivating, a little more hilarious?? Oh this is so embarrassing. My dad's laptop never failed to have the beautiful Paint program. We'd open up a few photos we had taken of family/friends and just destroy them. The proof is in the pictures below. Created by Brandon and yours truly, while driving two days ago... I loved my childhood!
I've found my new editing program.
Be scared.

Jamie! I totally remember Brain Quest!! I forgot about those.
Guess what!! It turns out my family is headed on a road trip to California next week..so I might be needing some more ideas for entertainment in the car :)
How's the trip so far?
The baptism went well! I didn't drown, or even cry :)
Have a good trip...be sure to take lots of pictures :)

Haha. Roadtrips. My parents used to buy little dollarstore type toys to give us periodically to keep us from driving them insane.
I am so envious of your vacation! I'm in my last two weeks of classes (WHAT?! How did that happen?) and then I get to spend my summer... working. I do plan to spend a month in BC, though. I think I will eat nothing but blueberries for the entire month. Yum.
Cute Jamie! I think you may be on to something here. Maybe this could turn into a new trend in professional editing techniques :).
I think so! It's great. If you want teeth a little whiter, just grab the white paintbrush. If you want highlights, try a little gold or yellow. ;)
